On my last trip to Las Vegas, we decided to stay at Caesar Palace. Since my wife is an early riser everyday and thus I am also up early, this gave us a great chance to tryout a few of Caesar's breakfast restaurants. We found Payard! A simple yet stylist French Pastry Place. The line up was long so you know it must be doing something right to attract customers.
One side is their pastry shop and the opposite side is their chocolate factory. There is a chocolate machine is the middle of all the action that will produce a fine piece of chocolate every few minutes for tourists to enjoy.
I had an egg and sausage sandwich with a latte. It was pretty good! The egg sandwich was comprised of a scramble egg with sausage and some Bechamel sauce on a toasted ciabatta bread. The prices are steep but what can you expect since it is located inside Caesar Palace.
I would love to try the Bistro on my next visit.
